Getting started with GoCar is simple. First, make sure you meet the following requirements:
Eligibility criteria
You must:
- 🎂 Be 21 years or older
- 🚗 Hold a valid, full, unendorsed driving licence for at least 2 years
- 💳 Have a valid credit or debit card in your own name
How to sign up
- 📱 Download the GoCar app from your app store.
- 📝 Fill in your personal information.
- 📸 Upload a photo of the front and back of your driving licence.
- 🎥 Say cheese! Record a short video for identity verification.
Once you’ve completed all steps, your application will be reviewed. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your account has been activated.
⏱️ We aim to approve most profiles within 5 minutes, so you can get on the road quickly.
Please note: Depending on where your driving licence was issued, we may need additional documentation, which can take extra time to review. 🚗
