Why has GoCar introduced a fuel surcharge?
To help manage the impact of significant increases in Irish fuel prices caused by ongoing global events, GoCar has introduced a temporary €2 fuel surcharge on all new bookings.
Why is this surcharge being applied?
At GoCar, we work hard to keep our pricing as fair and stable as possible. However, from time to time, external factors beyond our control can lead to increased operating costs.
The temporary fuel surcharge helps offset the current rise in fuel costs while allowing us to continue providing a reliable and affordable service.
Is this a permanent price increase?
No. This is not a permanent price increase. The €2 fuel surcharge is a short-term measure introduced in response to exceptional fuel price increases.
When will the surcharge be removed?
We are monitoring fuel prices on a daily basis and are committed to removing the surcharge as soon as fuel prices stabilise.
Which bookings are affected?
The temporary €2 fuel surcharge applies to all bookings.
