You can cancel a booking through the GoCar app or website.
To help maximise vehicle availability for all members, we ask that you cancel at least 3 hours before your booking start time.
Cancellation policy
- ⏱️ 3+ hours’ notice: No cancellation charge (your prepayment will be refunded)
- ⚠️ Less than 3 hours’ notice: 50% of the booking cost will be charged
- 🚗 No cancellation / no-show: You will be charged for the full reserved time
Cancelling early helps ensure the vehicle is available for other members.
