Once your account has been approved, you can log in to the GoCar app using your email address and password. If you previously signed in using a Customer ID and PIN, you will be prompted to switch to email and password login for improved security.
Booking a vehicle
- 📱 Open the GoCar app and log in.
- 📍 Select the vehicle or GoBase you want to book.
- ⏰ Enter your start and end time to check availability.
- ✅ Confirm your booking.
You can reserve and book a GoCar 24/7, often with just a few minutes’ notice.
📧 After booking, please check your confirmation email carefully to ensure the time, date, and location are correct.
