I left something in a vehicle — what should I do?

If you’ve forgotten an item in the vehicle, don’t worry — you can reopen the vehicle for up to 5 minutes after ending your trip.

To reopen the vehicle:

1. 📱 Open the GoCar app.
2. Select “Reopen the vehicle.”
3. Collect your belongings.
4. Press and hold “Close your vehicle” once you’re finished.

There is no extra charge for reopening the vehicle within this time.
