I left something in a vehicle, what should I do?

If you’ve forgotten an item in your vehicle, don’t worry — you can reopen it for up to 5 minutes after ending your trip.

1. Open the app and select “Reopen the vehicle.”
2. Once you’ve collected your belongings, press and hold “Close your vehicle.”

There’s no extra charge for reopening the vehicle.
