As per our Terms & Conditions, you will be liable for a fine for not refuelling. It is a requirement of membership to leave the car with at least ¼ tank of fuel.
Please check your app for instructions on how to refuel or recharge your vehicle. If your vehicle has a fuel card, you can refuel at any Circle K station during your journey and use our fuel card to pay, (located in the glove box). The pin for the fuel card is located in the app under 'refueling information' when on an active trip.
If you cannot make it to a Circle K station please top up at the closest available fuel station, send us a photo of your receipt via https://my.gocar.ie/fuelrefundrequest.php and keep it for your records as we may need it. We will then credit your GoCar account for any fuel purchased.
