One of the Golden Rules of GoCar membership is to return the vehicle with at least ¼ tank of fuel (for petrol or diesel vehicles) or a minimum of 25% battery charge (for electric vehicles).
If the vehicle is returned below these levels and it causes inconvenience to the next member, additional charges may apply.
If the vehicle is low when you start your trip
If you begin your trip and notice the vehicle has less than ¼ tank of fuel or less than 25% battery, please:
- 📸 Take a photo at the start of your trip (where safe and possible to do so)
- 💬 Notify our support team via Live Chat in-app
