I can’t find the keys

In most GoCar vehicles, the keys are located in the glove box in front of the passenger seat.

  1. Open the glove box.
  2. Retrieve the keys from the key receiver inside.

🔑 Important: Please remember to return the keys to the glove box receiver at the end of your trip.

If you are using a keyless vehicle, there are no physical keys required, so you’re ready to go once the vehicle is unlocked in the app. 🚗
