If you are getting this message when ending your trip and the car is back at the designated GoBase, you can contact us on 018122868 or end the trip and contact us via the helpdesk to advise that the car is back at the correct location.
If you have had to park the car on the next street over from the GoBase due to no available parking, please contact us to let us know where the car is via our helpdesk or by phone 018122868.
Please be aware that under no circumstance can you leave a GoCar on a one way trip. If you leave the car on a one way trip you will be penalised.
