Open Live Chat in the app and let our Support Team know the car is missing.
Sometimes the vehicle may be parked on a nearby street if there is limited parking. -
If the Car Is Still Out on a Previous Booking
We’ll move you to the nearest available vehicle.
You’ll also receive credit to compensate for the inconvenience. -
If No Alternative Vehicle Is Available
We may offer compensation for a taxi fare, up to €25 in GoCar credit.
We’ll do our best to get you on your way as quickly as possible.
