At the end of your booking, you are responsible for removing any rubbish and personal belongings from the vehicle so it is ready for the next member.
If you arrive and find the vehicle in an unacceptable condition, please contact our support team immediately via the in-app live chat. This ensures the issue is recorded and helps prevent you from being held responsible or being charged a cleaning fee. 🚗
