If you need more time with your GoCar, you can extend your booking through the app, subject to availability. If the full extension you want is not available, the system will show you the maximum additional time you can add.
If you’re unable to extend your booking, please return the vehicle to the GoBase as soon as possible. You should also contact our support team by phone or email with your estimated return time so we can assist you and the next GoCar member.

- Unauthorised late returns will result in a €25 late fee.
- Unauthorised extra time beyond your initial booking will be charged at a premium rate.
- Returning late will impact the next member’s booking, so please return your GoCar on time. 🚗
